What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

We collect what we need to teach your child well: account info, learning interactions (answers, voice + chat with Aria, whiteboard work), and basic device info. We don't sell data and we don't serve ads. Voice and chat from sessions are used to make Aria a better tutor, and stored only as long as we need them for that. For children under 13 we follow COPPA — parents own the account and can delete or export everything at any time.
Children under 13 use a parent-owned account. The child profile has no email, no password, and no public footprint. Parents create the account, manage credentials, set session limits, and can delete the account at any time. We minimize data on child profiles — voice and chat are used to teach and improve and are deleted on schedule.
Parents can request a full export of their child's data, or deletion, by emailing admin@ariovox.com.
Account data persists while the account is active. After cancellation we keep the account in a read-only state for 30 days so you can export progress, then delete. Voice and chat recordings are retained for the minimum needed to teach (typically ≤ 90 days) and deleted on schedule. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email admin@ariovox.com and we'll handle the request within applicable legal timelines (typically < 30 days).
If we make material changes we'll notify account holders by email and update the “last updated” date at the top. Non-material changes (typo fixes, link updates) may be made without notice.
