Hours and response time
Support is staffed Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm IST and 9am–5pm PT. Urgent privacy and safety reports are reviewed daily, including weekends. We commit to a response (not necessarily a resolution) within one business day for support requests.

If a learner is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first. To report abuse, harmful content, or a safety concern, email admin@ariovox.com — these reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
